Prices are the same for inside/outside home watch or condo checks for possible obvious issues while the home owner is there. We can email the report to family members out-of-state with signed disclosure from the primary homeowner for added relief.
We will help you with storm preparation planning specific to your home size. We'll look at shutters and condition, outside items and together come up with your specific storm plan, WE have outside vendors for installing who you can contact early before a storm. After a storm has passed and safe to travel we will update you. Overall, the goal is to be prepared before the storm hits, to minimize damage and keep everyone safe. Preparation is key.
We have vendors who will assist with storm preparation including metal shutter installation if already at the property. Must have in place mounting brackets and fasteners, the vendor will call you directly to make arrangements and for payment.
Of course, when a hurricane maybe in our horizon its important to schedule ahead of time. We cannot guarantee placement with short notice
